Patrick Bird

A licensed Real Estate, Stock, Station & Business Agent, Patrick commenced his career in Oberon before joining forces with Emms Mooney & Co in 2010. He has since played an instrumental role in growing the business across the Central Tablelands and establishing Elders Emms Mooney as one of NSW’s leading rural property, residential and livestock agencies.

As Director of Elders Emms Mooney, Patrick remains actively involved in the business and the communities it serves, bringing extensive market knowledge, strong industry relationships and a genuine understanding of rural and regional NSW.

In his role as Elders NSW Rural Real Estate Manager, Patrick works with rural property agents across the state to strengthen and grow the Elders network. His focus includes recruitment, team development and mentoring, sharing knowledge and experience, and creating greater collaboration between agents, buyers and opportunities across NSW.

Patrick is passionate about combining strong local expertise with the reach and resources of the Elders network to deliver exceptional outcomes for rural property owners and position Elders as the first choice for rural real estate across NSW.

Having grown up in the region, Patrick has an intimate knowledge and connection to the Central Tablelands and resides with his family in O’Connell.
